Job Title: Designer cum Editor

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and self-driven Designer cum Editor who can independently handle our day-to-day creative requirements and social media content.The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good knowledge of video editing, and the ability to independently plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle social media creative requirements from concept to final output.
• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Develop posters, banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into creative designs.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and visual communication.
• Edit photos, videos, graphics, and other digital content as required.
• Create creative content for festivals, campaigns, events, product promotions, and company activities.
• Manage multiple creative tasks independently and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, design trends, and content formats.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements.
• Good video editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred:

• Experience in creating Reels and short-form video content.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Experience working with a marketing or branding team.

Someone who can independently manage the complete creative and social media content workflow — from understanding the requirement and creating the design/video to delivering the final social-media-ready content.
