Job Title: Supervisor – Field Operations & Inventory Management

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly disciplined and proactive Supervisor – Field Operations & Inventory Management to oversee on-ground operations, manage inventory, and lead field staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to handle daily operational challenges, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high service standards. This role is critical in managing field activities, supervising staff performance, and ensuring proper inventory control across units.

Experience: 3-5 Years in a related role (Field Operations / Inventory / Team Handling)

Responsibilities:

  • Field Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day field activities across units. Ensure smooth functioning of operations, adherence to SOPs, and immediate resolution of on-ground challenges. Conduct regular visits to facilities for quality checks.
  • Staff Supervision & Coordination:Manage, train, and monitor field staff to ensure optimal performance. Prepare staff schedules, assign tasks, and maintain discipline. Ensure all team members follow operational standards and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Control & Management:Track daily inventory consumption, stock levels, and equipment availability. Ensure timely replenishment, manage stock issuance, and maintain accurate records. Prevent shortages, wastage, or misuse of inventory.
  • Unit Maintenance & Upkeep:Ensure all units (toilets, urinals, lockers, showers, etc.) are well-maintained, clean, and functioning. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for supplies, repairs, and operational needs. Ensure timely deliveries and service quality.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Maintain daily activity logs, stock reports, staff attendance, and maintenance records. Provide regular updates and operational reports to management.
  • Problem Resolution:Address customer complaints, operational issues, or emergencies promptly. Ensure fast and effective solutions to maintain service quality.
  • Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety norms across all units. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in field operations, team handling, or inventory management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and basic inventory software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of responsibility, discipline, and reliability
