Job Title: Quality Assurance Team (QAT)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analysr (QAT) to inspect, audit, and ensure all units maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, service quality, and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily/weekly inspections of all units (toilets, showers, lockers, urinals, etc.)
• Check cleanliness, functionality, staff performance, and service standards
• Prepare inspection reports with photos and ratings
• Identify issues and coordinate with supervisors for quick resolution
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are strictly followed
• Monitor inventory consumption patterns and flag misuse or shortages
• Provide feedback and training guidance to on-ground staff
• Report any operational gaps, customer complaints, or technical issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Experience in quality control, or field inspection roles (preferred)
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to travel between units and manage field work
• Disciplined, reliable, and process-driven
