Job Title: Senior IT Automation Engineer (Laravel & AI Automation)
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior IT Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Laravel, AI-powered development, workflow automation, and system architecture. The candidate should be capable of building scalable web applications, automating business processes, using AI tools/prompts for rapid development, and designing complete modules independently.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Laravel development, API integrations, dashboard systems, automation logic, AI-assisted coding tools, and modern frontend/backend technologies.
Experience: 4-8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Laravel
- Create and manage complete modules independently from planning to deployment
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate development and automate workflows
- Build automation systems for CRM, HRMS, ERP, ticketing, booking, reporting, and dashboards
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services and platforms
- Design database architecture, relationships, and optimized queries
- Implement role-based access control, authentication, and permissions
- Create dynamic dashboards, reports, analytics, and real-time monitoring systems
- Automate repetitive business operations using scripts, APIs, and AI tools
- Work with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Handle deployment, server configuration, debugging, and production support
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Use AI-generated prompts to create UI designs, workflows, modules, and coding structures
- Improve development speed using automation tools, reusable components, and templates
- Maintain proper documentation and coding standards
Required Skills
- Strong experience in PHP and Laravel
- Knowledge of MySQL, query optimization, joins, and database design
- Experience with APIs, AJAX, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and process optimization
- Hands-on experience using AI tools. Experience with AI-based workflow automation
- Ability to create effective prompts for UI generation, module creation, and automation
- Experience with Git/version control
- Understanding of server management and deployment
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle projects
- Knowledge of Flutter or mobile API integration
- Experience with dashboard/reporting systems
- Knowledge of queue systems, cron jobs, and background processing
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and DevOps basics
- Understanding of OCR, chatbot, or voicebot integrations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Laravel and automation development
- Experience in enterprise-level applications is preferred
The candidate should be able to:
