Job Title: Personal Executive Assistant (PEA) to CEO

Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily business operations, scheduling, coordination, communication, and strategic activities. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and business documents
  • Coordinate with departments for updates, tasks, and execution
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information professionally
  • Assist in project tracking and operational follow-ups
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and meeting logistics
  • Handle vendor, client, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and management directives
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning and day-to-day operations
  • Monitor priorities and ensure smooth workflow management

Required Skills:

  • Professional attitude and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

  • Confidentiality and professionalism are mandatory

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
  • Female candidates preferred (optional if required)
